Improving health for all, one family at a time
Your family is the key to your health. By knowing the diseases that run in your family you can improve your health.
Unfortunately, it’s not always easy to keep track of. We’re here to change that.
By making it easy and enjoyable to track your family’s health history, you can become aware of health risks and take action to improve your health outcomes.
We created this for you and your family.
